    We require a non-refundable retainer of 50% to secure your day and balance must be paid 14 days before the event to ensure your setup.
  • Do you charge for consultations?
    We charge a one-hour site consultation fee of $50, during this visit we will discuss layout and decor ideas. Mileage may apply depending on venue location. When you book our venue, there is no consultation charge.
  • What method of payments do you accept?

  • How long do balloons last?
    We strive to use the highest quality of balloons, please understand balloons, by nature are temporary items. Some balloons may occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
  • What if I cancel or reschedule?
    We understand some situations are unavoidable if you must cancel or reschedule please let us know immediately, because we get started on the purchasing and planning for your event therefore no monies can be returned but we do allow you to reschedule at a later available date with the same theme.

  • Do I have to use your venue?
    I understand and respect your decision to host your event at a different location. However, I'd like to highlight that choosing my venue would offer you a host of additional perks and benefits. But yes, we do travel.
